Our old country, preservative-free, tomato base is used in many of our soup recipes. One cup of water added to the content of a jar will make 3-4 portions of delicious soup, or serve without added water, accompanied by a baguette and a salad for a hearty meal for two.

Ukranian Borscht

Our beloved gluten-free and dairy-free beet soup is made with fresh white cabbage, carrots, and potatoes, bay leaves, and marjoram. Add sour cream for a taste of the old country.

Vegetable Soup

Our traditional Polish soup recipe is dairy free and gluten free. Thick with potatoes, carrots, cabbage, peas, onion, leeks in a delicious vegetable broth. Add chicken, sausages, bacon, or cheese for a treat.

Cabbage Soup

Thick and nourishing gluten-free and dairy-free soup made with spring water, potatoes, fresh cabbage, carrots, onions, and sauerkraut. Add bits of bacon and diced green onions for a special treat.

Mushroom Barley Soup

Our mushroom barley soup is dairy-free and made with spring water, garden vegetables, barley, and plenty of mushrooms for a nutritious lunch or dinner. Add chicken, sausages, or eat it alone.

Tomato Rice Soup
